Jason Post

  • Mr. Post is the founder and CEO of Post Investment Group, overseeing day-to-day operations and the strategic vision of the business. Mr. Post brings approximately 21 years of direct real estate experience and over 23 years of entrepreneurial and operational experience to the business. Mr. Post received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University. In addition to his role as CEO, Mr. Post is actively involved in a number of charitable organizations, serving as a board member at the Anti-Recidivism Coalition (ARC), Wende Museum, Cedars-Sinai Hospital Board of Governors, and Wags and Walks.

Jeff Platt

  • Mr. Platt serves as the President of the Post Franchise Platform and Chief Operating Officer of Post Investment Group where he has oversight of the various Post Operating companies. Mr. Platt has 15+ years of experience building, scaling and leading companies. Prior to his time at Post Investment Group, he was the CEO of Sky Zone where he oversaw the growth of the brand to over 225 locations in 12 countries and ultimately sold the company to a leading Private Equity firm. Mr. Platt received his Bachelor’s degree from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis.

Leon Halperin

  • Mr. Halperin serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Post Investment Group and its subsidiaries. Mr. Halperin is responsible for overseeing financial management, treasury activities, taxation, and strategic initiatives. Since assuming the role in 2010, Mr. Halperin has managed the financial aspects of real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and multi-family developments, totaling over $3.5 billion. Before joining Post Investment Group, Mr. Halperin served as the Chief Financial Officer of Lagovent Ventures for ten years. In this role, he supervised all accounting and treasury activities related to the company's real estate holdings and various start-up initiatives. Mr. Halperin earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Sonoma State University and is actively involved in mentoring recent college graduates in their career development.

Amber Stover

  • Ms. Stover serves as the Chief People Officer of Post Investment Group, overseeing all human resources functions including, but not limited to, general processes and documentation, performance management, employee relations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. Prior to joining Post Investment Group, Ms. Stover was a human resources and recruitment leader with Edmunds.com, Ross Dress for Less and The Walt Disney Company. She has 10+ years of experience in recruitment and human resources. Prior to that, Ms. Stover practiced as a litigation attorney for 7 years. She is a licensed attorney in both California and Michigan, having once appeared in front of the State Supreme Court of Michigan. Ms. Stover graduated from Michigan State University for both her undergraduate and law degrees. Finally, she recently accepted a board appointment for a local nonprofit, Children Mending Hearts.

Greg Ferkel

  • Mr. Ferkel serves as Chief Legal Officer to Post Investment Group, responsible for drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and joint venture agreements in addition to overseeing all corporate, lender and investor related compliance. Prior to joining Post Investment Group, Mr. Ferkel was Senior Real Estate Counsel for Roll Law Group, P.C. in Los Angeles, CA, where he closed in excess of 100 real estate transactions. Prior to his time at Roll Law Group, P.C., Mr. Ferkel held several real estate transactional positions with firms such as Advisors LLP, Freeman Freeman & Smiley LLP, and Irell & Manella LLP- where Mr. Ferkel began his career. Mr. Ferkel received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University and his JD from Harvard Law School, and he is an active member of the California Bar.

Ben Knapik

  • Mr. Knapik serves as the Head of Corporate Strategy for Post Investment Group, responsible for spearheading growth and operational initiatives across the company’s portfolio of businesses. In this capacity, Mr. Knapik has lent managerial oversight to a number of Post Investment Group companies and departments. Prior to joining Post Investment Group, Mr. Knapik worked in Strategy and Operations for a private equity backed consolidator of Pet Care businesses and as a Management Consultant with L.E.K. Consulting, serving clients on Strategy and M&A projects, primarily in the consumer sector. Earlier in his career, Mr. Knapik worked in Deal Analysis & Corporate Development in the Film industry. Mr. Knapik holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and a BBA from Emory University’s Goizeuta Business School.
